Unbury

I saved the link. Finding it was another matter.

I had more than 600 bookmarks in folders I no longer trusted. I could remember what a page was about, but rarely its title or where I had put it. Unbury started with that question: what did I save about this?

It reads the bookmarks already in my browser and searches them by meaning. I can ask in Portuguese about a page written in English, or browse by tags without running a search. It never changes the browser's bookmarks, and it leaves weak matches out of the results.

The library and result ranking stay on the Mac. Describing pages and preparing a search use an AI provider, with my own credentials. I built the native app and its website, where the demo, download and setup instructions live.
